Alriver Export Ordering Terms and Conditions:

Minimum Order Amount: US$ 5,000.00

Surcharge of US$ 300.00 is added to orders below our minimum.

We will not accept orders amounting to US$ 2,000 and below.

2. Minimum Quantity Order per Item depends on the size

3. DISCOUNTS: We give price discounts depending on the volume of order. Discounts are per item (unit cost) and
not per total amount order.

4. Production Lead Time: 90-120 days upon receipt of down payment

6 .Payment Terms: TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER

50% Down payment / 50 % upon presentation of Shipping Documents

7. SAMPLING: All Samples (initial samples, samples for approval, sample freight, etc.) must be buyer’s expense.

8. We accept product developments for new or revised items with a corresponding Product development fee.
​
9. All Merchandise, Packing, and Shipping Instructions & Labels must be given together with the Initial P.O. before
we confirm the order. There MAY BE changes with the price depending on the buyer requirements.

Our Prices includes the following:

Brown corrugated Inner & Master Cartons with Paper fillers and basic carton labels

Individual Poly bag with bubble wrap packaging per item

Basic Hangtags/ Barcode Stickers (white paper & black ink)

“Made in the Philippines” sticker per item (optional)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE CHARGED TO BUYER or SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COSTS (colored labels / colored box/ special and/or colored markings; Product testing, Fumigation, etc..)
